  • We cover any fees/costs that arise related to transferring a domain name you've purchased
  • Choose from a variety of Buy Now, Pay Later options through our trusted partners at Affirm, Klarna and AfterPay, most payment plans are offered with 0% interest, and we do not add any hidden fees or platform fees when you use one of our Buy Now, Pay Later partners.
  • Our partners do allow a "grace" period for missed payments, but it may vary by which partner you choose.

    If you run into a situation that requires you to cancel your payment plan with us, simply send an email to our helpdesk stating that you wish to cancel your payment plan. Please be sure to include your payment plan ID# or account ID#, and the domain name that you were paying for with your plan. If you do cancel your payment plan before it has been paid in full, the payments made prior to canceling are not refundable.

    If you choose to pay for a domain name with a payment plan, you will be able to use the domain name right away. However, you will not receive the transfer of ownership until the plan has been paid in full. There are no fees or penalties to pay a plan in full before the end of your term.

    After your first payment is processed successfully, you will be able to submit any DNS or nameserver config's that you need to start using the domain name. Please keep in mind that you are agreeing to be mindful of the content and usage of the domain name as outlined in our terms of service and purchase-sale agreement.
